The concentration operation in question consists of the acquisition of exclusive control, by EDP Comercial – Comercialização de Energia, S.A. (“EDPC”) over a set of assets that correspond to two small electricity production unit projects, located in Crato and in Trevões, with a total installed capacity of 17 MW (“Acquired Assets”).
