Limited company controlled exclusively by Midgard, S.A., (in turn, controlled by Mirova, S.A.) which holds a share representing 90% of the respective capital, the remaining 10% is already held by Hyperion SGPS. This company developed and holds the rights to operate the electrical production center based on photovoltaic solar energy with 25MW of capacity, located in the Municipality of Évora, built and in operation called "Projeto Évora 25”.

Company jointly controlled by Helios – Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado, managed by LYNX Asset Managers – SGOIC, S.A. and by Mirova Energy Transition 5 S.L.P, in turn, managed by Mirova, S.A., is active in the production of electrical energy and in the development of renewable energy projects, including the provision of consultancy services to third parties (namely, co-development contracts and management of engineering, acquisition and construction processes – “EPC”), with activities in the Iberian Peninsula and a growing presence in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In Portugal, Mirova, through the MET4 fund, has a minority stake in the consortium that acquired a portfolio of hydroelectric companies from the EDP Group in 2020.
