The concentration operation in question consists of the acquisition, by ON Tower Portugal, S.A., of NOS Technology – Conceição, Construção e Gestão de Redes de Comunicações, S.A., of the assets corresponding to six macro-sites for the placement of mobile telecommunications equipment.
