(“First Sentier Invetico”), through its subsidiary Colliston Invest, S.L., of exclusive control over Energy Environment and Sustainability, S.L.U. (“ENSO”), active in Portugal through Magestop – Gestão, Operação e Manutenção de Centrais, Lda. (“Magestop”).
