(“C2 Capital Partners”) of GHB – Grupo Hospitalar das Beiras, S.A. ("GHB") of Infrapetagi, S.A. ("Infrapetagi") and HL – Hospital de Loulé, S.A. ("HL"), as well as its respective subsidiaries.
