The concentration operation consists of the acquisition, by the Intermunicipal Community of the West (“CIM Oeste”) and Rodoviário do Tejo, S.A. (“RT”), of joint control of Rodoviária do Oeste, Ltda. (“RdO”), through the contribution of CIM Oeste to the share capital of RdO. In the context of the operation, RdO will receive the assets of Barraqueiro Transportes, S.A. (“BT”) and, on the other hand, a concession contract for the public service of regular passenger transport by road will be entered into with RdO.
