The merger operation consists of the acquisition of joint control of NBS Water Engineering, S.A. (“NBS Water”) by the following companies: Growth Blue – Closed Venture Capital Fund (“Growth Blues”), Velvetforest – Unipessoal Ltda. (“Velvet Forest”) and EJ Investimentos Ltda. (“EJ Investimentos”), collectively the (“Acquirers” or “Notifiers”).
