The concentration operation consists of the acquisition, by ARIÉ – SGPS, S.A. ("Arié"), of exclusive control over the retail business operated in Portugal under the brand “Primor” (“Primor Business PT”), including, in particular, all shareholdings and other rights relating to the entities that make up the Primor Business in Portugal, as well as the assets, rights and obligations associated with the branch in Portugal of Primor Int, Sl – Unipessoal, including the exclusive rights to use, in Portugal, the brand “Primor” and the domain “primor.eu”.
