A company exclusively controlled by Kostas, it owns and manages Atrium Saldanha, a property located in Lisbon and comprising commercial and office areas, as well as an underground car park. Imosal ensures the lease of the respective spaces, managing the corresponding lease contracts and/or equivalent agreements, as well as all other activities associated with the maintenance of the building.

Sonae Sierra, SGPS, S.A.

It is the holding company of an international group whose activity comprises the development, investment and management of shopping centers and other real estate assets intended for commercial activities, as well as the provision of investment, development and property management services. Sierra is indirectly owned by Efanor Investimentos, SGPS S.A. (holding company controlled by the Azevedo family).
