The concentration operation in question consists of the acquisition, by ActiveCap – Capital Partners, SCR, S.A. (“ActiveCap”), as the management company of Fundo ActiveCap I – Portuguese Growth Fund, FCR (“Fundo PGF”), of shares representing the share capital and voting rights of the company Cristalmax – Indústria de Vidros, S.A. and its controlling subsidiary Cristalmax France, SARL (together “Cristalmax”). As such, the envisaged operation will confer joint control by Maxtrends, SGPS, Limitada (“Maxtrends”) and Fundo PGF, represented by ActiveCap, over Cristalmax.
