This merger, of which notification was received on 26 April 2005 consists of the acquisition by MULTITERMINAL - Sociedade de Estiva e Tráfego, S.A. (MULTITERMINAL), from TERTIR -Terminais de Portugal, S.A. (TERTIR) and its subsidiary SADOMAR - Agência de Navegação e Trânsitos, S.A. (SADOMAR), of shareholdings that can provide it with joint control of the enterprises SOTAGUS - Terminal de Contentores de Santa Apolónia, S.A. (SOTAGUS) and LISCONT - Operadores de Contentores, S.A. (LISCONT).
