Case description
Notified on 11 November 2005, this merger consists of the acquisition of the total share capital of Nutricafés - Cafés e Restauração SA (Nutricafés) by Caixa Desenvolvimento SGPS SA (Caixa Desenvolvimento) and Sumolis - Companhia Industrial de Frutas e Bebidas SA (Sumolis), via a company to be set up in which Caixa Desenvolvimento and Sumolis will, respectively, hold 80% and 20% of the registered capital. Caixa Desenvolvimento will have sole control of Nutricafés.
