Case description
Notified on 24 March 2006, in compliance with Article 40 (2) of Law No. 18/2003 of 11 June, this merger consists of the acquisition of sole control of Portway - Handling de Portugal SA, ("Portway") by ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal SA, ("ANA"), by means of the acquisition of 40% of Portway´s registered capital from the company Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport").
