Notified on 18 August 2006, this merger consists of the acquisition by Wind Point Partners VI, LP (henceforth Wind Point Partners), via the special purpose entity that it controls, Olympic Plastics Inc. (henceforth Olympic Plastics), of assets belonging to the Ferro Corporation (henceforth Ferro Corporation).
