Case description
Notified on 1 February 2006, the present operation consists of a prior notification of a merger between undertakings, carried out under the provisions of Article 9 of the legislation referred to. The merger in question consists of the acquisition of sole control, by the undertaking Compañia Española de Petróleos SA ("Cepsa"), of the undertaking Lubrificantes Del Sur SA, ("Lubrisur"), via the acquisition from the undertaking BP Oil España SAU ("BP") of 35% of the registered capital of Lubrisur.
