Notified on 13 March 2007, this merger, which took place in 2005, consists of the acquisition, by OPCA - OBRAS PÚBLICAS E CIMENTO ARMADO SA ("OPCA"), of sole control of the company CERAMICAPOLO - INDÚSTRIA e CERÂMICA SA ("APOLO"), through the merger by incorporation of its holding Aleluia - Cerâmica, Comércio e Indústria SA into APOLO and the acquisition of a share in the registered capital of the latter undertaking.
