Notified on 9 January 2007, this merger consists of the acquisition on 24 March 2005, by OPCA - OBRAS PÚBLICAS E CIMENTO ARMADO SA ("OPCA"), of sole control of the company PAVICENTRO - PRÉ-FABRICAÇÃO SA ("PAVICENTRO") and its subsidiaries: PAVILIS - PRÉ-FABRICAÇÃO SA ("PAVILIS"); PAVISEU - MATERIAIS PRÉ-FABRICADOS SA ("PAVISEU") and PONTAVE - CONSTRUÇÔES SA ("PONTAVE"), by means of the acquisition of representative shares of their registered capital from the individual shareholders Alberto Tomás Vieira, Maria de Fátima Tomás Vieira and Carlos Alberto Tomás Vieira and from API Capital, Sociedade de Capital de Risco, SA.
