RURALIA is active in the application of capital and, at the moment of notification, controls a group of undertakings representing the Grupo Texto Editores and the total share capital of the undertaking ASA Editores SA (after division of the latter), which is part of its business unit in the publishing and trading area. The activity of these undertakings is the publication and sale of books, including schoolbooks.
