Case description
Notified on 11 December 2007, with effect on 8 January 2008, this merger operation consists of the creation of a joint undertaking, under the name JV Sociedade, by Transdev Participações, SGPS, SA (hereafter "Transdev") and 11 shareholders, individual persons, who directly and indirectly own the whole of the registered capital of the undertaking Joalto - Participações, SGPS, SA (hereafter "Joalto Group"); the Notifying Parties propose to carry out a set of corporate operations through which the companies providing the grounds for the present operation will fall within the sphere of JV Sociedade.
