Notified on 16 April 2008, this merger consists of the acquisition, by the undertaking SYNBRA INTERNATIONAL BV, through a Portuguese subsidiary created for the purpose, Synbra Portugal - Indústria de Matérias Plásticas, Unipessoal, Lda (henceforth, jointly, GRUPO SYNBRA), of exclusive control of the undertakings Plaspen - Estudos e Comércio de Plástico SA, Plastimar - Indústria de Plástico Penichense Lda, Internorplaste - Isolamentos e Embalagens Tecno-Industriais Lda, Mitromar - Indústria de Matérias Plásticas Lda, Transplas - Transportes Lda, Siprome - Sociedade Industrial de Produção Mecânica Lda, Plasverde - Valorização de Resíduos Lda and Plasexpandido SL (henceforth, jointly, GRUPO PLASTIMAR).
