Notified on 4 July 2008, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by the undertaking Iberholding - Prestação de Serviços SA (Iberholding), of exclusive control of the business group Vitacress ("Vitacress"), by means of the acquisition of its total shareholdings, at present held by Vitacress 2008 Limited.
