Notified on 29 July 2008, with effects on 13 August 2008, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by CRIAR VANTAGENS - ÁGUAS E RESÍDUOS Lda (henceforth "CRIAR VANTAGENS"), of exclusive control of the undertaking AQUAPOR - SERVIÇOS SA (henceforth "AQUAPOR"), by means of the purchase of its whole share capital.
