Case description
The present merger operation consists of the acquisition by CHANGE SGPS SA (henceforth CHANGE) of the shares in Mundo VIP - Operadores Turísticos SA (henceforth Mundo VIP) currently held by Sonae Distribuição SGPS SA through its subsidiaries Modelo Continente - Operações de Retalho SGPS SA and Star - Viagens e Turismo SA (henceforth, jointly, Sonae Distribuição). This will allow it to substitute these companies in the joint control of Mundo VIP.
