its economic activity is the marketing of chemical products and the provision of services related to them; it controls two subsidiaries: Quimitécnica.Com - Comércio e Indústria SA ("Quimitécnica.Com") - which is active solely in the marketing and distribution of chemical products - and Quimitécnica Serviços de Gestão e Consultoria Económica-Financeira Lda ("Quimitécnica Subsidiária"), which provides accounting and management and financial consultancy services to the undertakings in the group; it belongs to the undertaking CUF - Companhia União Fabril SGPS SA.
