Notified on 15 May 2009, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by Grupo COPO de Inversiones SA (henceforth "Grupo COPO"), from FS Fehrer Automative GmbH, of exclusive control of the following companies (henceforth "Grupo COPO Fehrer"), at present jointly controlled by the former two entities: (i) COPO Fehrer SA and its subsidiary Espumas Zaragosa SL; (ii) COPO Fehrer Inversiones SL and its subsidiary COPO Fehrer Indústria de Poliuretano do Brasil Ltda; and (iii) COPO Fehrer Barcelona SL.
