Notified on 1 June 2009, with effect on 17 June 2009, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by the undertakings ES TECH Ventures SGPS SA (henceforth "ES TECH"), Caixa Web SGPS SA (henceforth "Caixa Web") and Portugal Telecom SGPS SA (henceforth "PT SGPS"), of joint control of the undertaking PT Prime Tradecom - Soluções Empresariais de Comércio Electrónico SA (henceforth "Tradecom").
