Notified on 28 July 2009, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by the company Salvador Caetano Auto SGPS SA (Salvador Caetano Auto), of exclusive control of the companies Auto Partner SGPS SA (Auto Partner) and Auto Partner III SGPS SA (Auto Partner III), of which, directly or indirectly, it already holds joint control, by means of the purchase of the remainder of the shares representing the registered capital of the latter companies.
