assets and shareholdings in commercial companies, acquired by GALP from Esso, in the area of the distribution, in Portugal, of the petroleum products specified below: ?(i) Trafaria Terminal; the distribution business for LPG, in cylinders and in bulk, with the exclusion of piped LPG, the lubricant blending business, with its base at the said terminal, and the fuel supply business at the same terminal, at present controlled by COMG - Comercialização de Gás SA, whose entire capital will be acquired by Gestmin; ?(ii) The aviation fuel supply business at the airports of Lisbon, Oporto and Faro, at present run by Galp Comercialização SA (formerly Esso), directly and indirectly through its shareholding in SABA - Sociedade Abastecedora de Aeronaves Lda, which operates at the airport of Oporto.

Gestmin

is a holding company owned by Mr Manuel Champalimaud; it groups together shareholdings in different sectors, in particular those covering maritime activities and ports, energy, telecommunications, biomedicine, property and tourism.
