Case description
Notified on 23 September 2009, with effect on 26 October 2009, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by Transdev Participações SGPS SA (henceforth "Transdev"), of the exclusive control of Gesbus - Consultoria e Gestão de Transportes SA (henceforth "Gesbus"), by means of the acquisition of the whole of its share capital, and thus the inherent indirect exclusive control of HJT - Holding Joalto Transdev SGPS SA (henceforth "HJT"), a joint venture controlled by Transdev, Gesbus and the holdings of the latter.
