Notified on 27 October 2009, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by the company Alfredo Farreca Rodrigues Lda ("AFR"), of exclusive control of Assets held by the HJT Group ("HJT Assets"), corresponding to seven approved public transport services, namely: a) Arco de Baúlhe/Cabeceiras de Basto; b) Anadia/Montouro; c) Aveiro/Ílhavo; d) Ílhavo/Vale de Ílhavo; e) Coimbra/Espinhal; f) Coimbra/Pedrógão Pranto; and g) Coimbra/Rabaçal.
