("STERICYCLE"), through the special purpose entity Stericycle Europe SARL ("STERICYCLE EUROPE"), of exclusive control of the companies Ambiface & Buffer SGPS Lda ("AMBIFACE & BUFFER") and Ambiface Investimentos SGPS SA ("AMBIFACE INVESTIMENTOS"), by means of the acquisition of 95% of the share capital of Ambiface Investimentos and 50% of that of Ambiface & Buffer.
