Notified on 23 August 2010, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by the undertaking BENCOM - Armazenagem e Comércio de Combustíveis SA ("BENCOM"), of exclusive control of BP´s fuel business assets in the Azores ("BP Fuel Business Azores"), to be transferred to the company to be set up, NewCo Açores, by means of the acquisition of all the respective shareholdings.
