Publication of the announcement - The undertaking BENCOM - Armazenagem e Comércio de Combustíveis SA ("BENCOM") notifies the acquisition of exclusive control of BP’s fuel business assets in the Azores ("BP Fuel Business Azores"), to be transferred to the company to be set up, NewCo Açores, by means of the acquisition of all the respective shareholdings.
