Case description
Notified on 23 November 2010, the present merger operation consists of the acquisition, by the undertaking Impulsionatis SA ("Impulsionatis"), of joint control of Holquadros - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais SA ("Holquadros"). The latter company was already jointly controlled by the undertakings PAC-SGPS ("PAC") and Silbest-SGPS SA ("Silbest"); after the planned transaction, it will also be controlled by Impulsionatis.
