Case description
Notified on 12 February 2010, this merger operation consists of the acquisition, by MOTA-ENGIL Ambiente e Serviços SGPS SA (MEAS), FINICAPITAL - Investimentos e Gestão SA (FINICAPITAL) and GLOBALPACTUM, Gestão de Activos, SA (GLOBALPACTUM), of joint control of SLPP - Serviços Logísticos de Portos Portugueses SA (SLPP), which holds 100% of the shares in SADOPORT - Terminal Marítimo do Sado SA (SADOPORT), by means of the acquisition by FINICAPITAL and GLOBALPACTUM, from DRAGADOS - Servicios Portuários y Logísticos SL, of a shareholding corresponding to 50% of the registered capital and the respective voting rights which the latter company held in SLPP, with MEAS maintaining its present holding in SLPP.
