It integrates a set of business units detached from the heritage of EIP - Eletricidade Industrial Portuguesa, SA, through a spin-off operation, which constitute business departments and support departments and branches: (a) Lines and Networks Department: construction and maintenance of power transmission lines in Portugal; (b) Manufacturing Department: design, manufacture and supply of metallic structures for power transmission lines, substations and railway electrification lines; (c) Substations and Systems Department: construction and maintenance of substations and systems in Portugal; (d) EIP France Railway Electrification and Branch Office: construction of railway infrastructure and maintenance of fixed electrical traction installations in Portugal and France; (e) Hydromechanical Management: conception, design, assembly, commissioning and testing of hydromechanical and electromechanical equipment; (f) Support Department: equipment management, financial; procurement & logistics; environmental quality and safety; (g) Angola Department: construction and maintenance of power transmission lines in Angola and construction and maintenance of substations and systems in Angola.
