Case description

The merger operation in question consists of the acquisition, by Conclusion IT Services Iberia, Unipessoal, Lda., a vehicle company created for the purposes of the operation, by Conclusion Group B.V. (“Conclusion Group B.V.”), of exclusive control of Novabase Neotalent, S.A. (“Neotalent”) and its subsidiary Novabase Neotalent España, S.A. (“Neotalent España”), through the acquisition of the majority of its shareholdings.
