The concentration in question consists of the acquisition, by Solar International Lda. (“Solar International”), of control over C.S.N.S.P. 451, S.A., to C.S.N.S.P. 452, S.A., and Cubico Portugal Holdings Spain, S.L., and, consequently, on the latter's subsidiary, Cubico Portugal Solar Holdings, S.A., and, also, on the latter's subsidiary, CEF Energia Ibérica, S.A. (together “ Target companies”).
