The concentration operation consists of the acquisition, by Fundo Crest II - FCR (“Crest II”), of control, together with Ovnigest, S.G.P.S., Lda. (“Ovnigest”), Joana Maria Lima Oliveira (“Joana Oliveira”) and Pedro Miguel Lima Oliveira (“Pedro Oliveira”), about UTS – Viagens e Serviços, S.A. (“UTS”), RCO – Mecânica e Serviços, S.A. (“RCO”), and about the Ovnitur Assets.
