The concentration operation consists of the acquisition, by Flecha Lux S.à.r.l. ("Flecha Lux"), of exclusive control of Grano Salis – Investimentos Turísticos, jogos e Lazer, S.A. ("Grano Salis") and CHT – Casino Hotel de Tróia, S.A. ("CHT") (collectively, "Target Companies").
