Summary of the case

The AdC issued a Recommendation addressed to the Government to make regulatory changes and take new legislative actions in the liquid fuels sector. In particular, as regards market access – structural measures –, access to essential logistics infrastructure, new transport infrastructure, installation of roadside filling stations, regulatory rules and installation of motorway filling stations, and new regulations regarding price transparency.
