The Competition Authority recommended to the Ministry of the Environment the establishment of procedures that impose a mandatory communication to the PO SEUR Management Authority of any extension of the activity of the companies benefiting from co-financing, whenever an extension of the operation to a complementary or ancillary activity is at stake which can use equipment or infrastructure that have been supported under this program.
