Proceeding PRC 2006/12 was opened by the Competition Authority Board on 20.07.2006, concerning a possible breach of Article 4 of Law 18/2003, of 11 June.
This investigation analysed practices adopted by ANEPE - National Association of Car Park Companies which constituted a recommendation on the setting of minimum prices for car parks managed by associated undertakings.
On 31.12.2010 the Competition Authority Board adopted a condemnatory decision addressed to ANEPE, imposing a fine of EUR 1,971,397.17, which was subject to judicial appeal.
