The concentration transaction consists of the merger of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation ("MFTBC"), a subsidiary of Daimler Truck Holding AG, the holding company of truck and bus manufacturer Daimler Truck AG, with Hino Motors, Ltd. ("Hino"), a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation.
