The infringement proceeding PRC 2008/10 was opened by the Competition Authority Board on 19.07.2008, concerning a possible breach of Article 6 of Law no. 18/2003, of 11 June. The practice of abuse of dominant position by Roche Farmacêutica Química, Lda was implemented through the practice of mixed bundling in the supply of hematopoiesis stimulant medicines in the hospital segment.In this context, the Council of the AdC, on 12.04.2012, adopted a Condemnatory Decision, for the practice of abuse of dominant position by imposing on Roche Farmacêutica Química, Lda a fine of €900,000.00
