an undertaking whose business activity involves the design and planning of road construction, financing, operation and maintenance in Portugal, the presentation of bids for the respective concessions, and the provision of any services that are directly or indirectly related to the activities mentioned above; jointly with its shareholders, this undertaking holds the total registered capital of Auto-Estradas do Atlântic.

BRISA - Auto-Estradas de Portugal, S.A.

a Euronext-Lisbon quoted company whose corporate object is to build, maintain and operate motorways, including the respective service areas, on a concession basis, to study and construct the country´s infrastructure, and to carry out any activities that are complementary, subsidiary or accessory to the latter.
