(“AAVI”), which manages the Algarve Concession, consisting of one motorway (A22), as well as Algarve International B.V., AAVI’s financing vehicle company.

It is an investment company indirectly controlled by First Sentier Group ("FSG"), a global investment group. In Portugal, FSG holds exclusive control of the Finerge Group, active in the energy sector, Magestop, responsible for the operation and maintenance of two biomass plants, and Novae Investments, S.A., a holding company whose sole asset is AEDL – Autoestradas do Douro Litoral, S.A., which operates the Douro Litoral Concession, which includes three highways (A41, A32, and A43).
