The AdC issued a Recommendation addressed to INSCOOP proposing that a rigorous supervision of housing cooperatives that provide services in a competitive environment be carried out and that the mechanism provided for in article 89 of the Cooperative Code be triggered, proposing the dissolution of housing cooperatives which fall under the situations identified in the article, as well as those which are inactive for a period of five consecutive years.
