eSPap submitted for public consultation a document entitled “Strategic Discussion: Public procurement of voice and data communication services”, on the introduction of a unified lot of fixed and mobile communications. The Competition Authority considered that the disaggregation by lots should be preserved in order to maximize the number of competitors for each type of service, and therefore a lot of unified communications should not be introduced.
