Case arising from a complaint, opened on 15 January 2004 and subject to a condemnatory decision on 30 December 2005, based on an anti-competitive practice provided for in Articles 2(1)(a) of Decree-Law No. 371/93, of 29 October 1993, and 4(1)(a) of Law No. 18/2003, of 11 June 2003, awarding an association decision for the fact that AGEPOR had drawn up, since 2001 and until 2004, an indicative list of maximum prices.
