Proceeding PRC 2007/04 was opened by the Competition Authority Board on 10 May 2007, concerning a possible breach of Article 4 of Law 18/2003 of 11 June.
This investigation analysed the practices adopted by the SNATTI (Sindicato Nacional de Actividade Turística, Tradutores e Intérpretes), which constituted a decision by an association of undertakings regarding the approval and disclosure of remuneration scales for tourism information professionals.
On 02.12.2010 the Competition Authority Board adopted a condemnatory decision imposing a fine of €1,000.00
The decision of the Competition Authority was not challenged in court.
